About us
The label Garland Coo is a creative collaboration of designer Jasmin Isabel Eckerle and artist Marcel Singer, founded 2009 in the deep south of Germany.
With her aesthetic beliefs designer Jasmin Isabel Eckerle refuses to be categorized or assimilatedby the establishment.
Through her artistic view she expresses and rises the tension between the polarities fashion – art– and so called “Heimat”.
Garland Coo launches now the second womenswear line.

Garland Coo describes the elementary confrontation and dichotomy between civilization, nature and mind, the collection can be described as an analogy of the cultural and natural heritage of the designer Jasmin Isabel Eckerle. Her roots are deeply anchored in south German culture, in the Black Forest, in their native landscape as a deep source of inspiration.
A story from nature to the metropolis and back again.
Archaic landscapes rise in sculptural designs and well-defined shapes, the coats and jackets symbolize shadow work of the ancient Forest trees.
Hand dyed cotton and silk in delicate burgundy bring the dawning light of the Black Forestian heights to the modern urban warrior and heroine.
The shining chintz is the matching armour therefore.Silk is floating like a mountain brook in spring.The leather leafs are in bloom, they embrace the wearer like the woollen cape lined with the hand dyed burgundy silk.
This collection is created for all urban heroines who are strong enough to face The Forestian Call.
